When Woodford Car Hire was started 22 years ago as a two-vehicle rental agency, the company was founded on the principle that dedication and commitment to the customer would always come first.
The Woodford Group is therefore proud to announce the launch of Advance – Woodford Car Hire’s new benefits programme for the very customers who have been responsible for Woodford’s growth and success over the past two decades.
Advance is Woodford’s premier loyalty club, and offers a wide range of customer benefits to frequent travelers.

“Every customer is valuable to us, but Advance is aimed at making our regular customers feel that much more welcome and as valued to us as they are. Woodford’s growth is in a great part due to building relationships with clients and with people in the industry, and Advance has been designed to encourage even closer-knit relationships with the people we deal with.”
Apart from maintaining close relations and regular contact with client, members of Advance will also be given VIP-treatment when visiting Woodford Car Hire branches – including grace periods for late drop-offs and concessions from queues.
“We want to treat our frequent customers with the same warmth and level of hospitality that one would treat family with,” says Mr. Suleman, “because that’s who we at Woodford see our clients as – family.”
