· Waivers are not insurance, they are a legal, compulsory agreement between the rental company and the renter which generally limits the claim against a renter in the event of loss of or damage to the vehicle.
· A claim handling fee of R500 is still applied if the renter incurs a claim for the respective waiver.
Waivers Explained:

| Zero Excess - Full Cover | Reduces your excess to zero and includes Third Party, Tyre and Glass and Undercarriage cover. With no limit on Tyre and Glass cover. |
| Super Waiver | Lowers your excess payment in the event of the rental car being stolen or involved in an accident. This waiver does not include Tyre and Glass or Undercarriage cover. |
| Third Party | Covers cost if you damage another person's vehicle |
| Tyre & Glass | Covers cost for tyre (wheel covers are not included) or glass damage |
| Undercarriage | Covers cost for damage of your rental car's undercarriage only |
