Through your support, Woodford Car Hire has grown its fleet, its systems and the number of locations from which we operate. We consistently offer the most competitive rental rates and packages and have the most extensive range in the industry.
We’ve discovered, however, that what has helped us grow hasn’t been the infrastructure or the vehicles, but rather our focus on improving our services to you, our customer.

We discovered that clients disliked long waits at kiosks, so we trained front-line staff to be as efficient as possible, so that you’re unlikely to see any queues snaking out of any of our branches.
We spoke to customers and found that the booking process could be tedious when it came to quotations and confirmation, and so we invested in technology that allowed for automated emails and SMSs along the way.
We found that our clients had specific needs – ranging from business travel to family trips – so we put together the perfect blend of vehicles, catering to any taste or demand, throughout the year.
We believe the process of hiring a vehicle should be as effortless as possible, so we’ve made sure that we shift our focus to streamlining every step in that journey.
